SALES / OPERATIONS MANAGER (CLEANING DIVISION)

We require a sales orientated Operations Manager to cover London and the South East. You must have a good knowledge of OFFICE CLEANING.

You must have the ability to negotiate new contracts at management level, along with an excellent telephone manner & good communications skills.

We require you to be computer literate & a car owner - for which we will pay business mileage allowance.

This is a sales role with an excellent basic salary & profitable commission structure.

OTE £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.

The position entails contacting & visiting existing customers - getting new business and ensuring existing contracts are running smoothly.

EXPERIENCED GENERAL BUILDERS

Required immediately. Abseiling experience not essential. At least 10 years experience in building & have one trade in which you are an expert.

Preference for wet trades, flat/slate roofing, guttering/lead work, bricklaying background. Van supplied.
