All of the above works use our own qualified IRATA trained Rope Access Technicians who carry out the above tests throughout Europe.
DIGI-SCHMIDT® Concrete TestHammer
The combination of the ORIGINAL SCHMIDT ConcreteTestHammer, which has an electronic display unit makes the DIGI-SCHMIDT Digital Concrete Test Hammer ideally suited for systematic high volume measuring.

Various parameters such as impact direction, form and time factors, depth of carbonatization etc. can be set. The compressive strength will be automatically calculated with the integrated conversion curves.
Extensive display, evaluations and storage of data as well as transmission to printer and PC are possible.
Combined measuring with the Ultrasonic Instrument TICO increases the accuracy.Measuring range: Concrete compressive strength of 10 to 70 N/mm2 (1'450 to 10'152 PSI).
TICO Ultrasonic Instrument
Ultrasonic Instrument TICO Complimentary to the ORIGINAL SCHMIDT Concrete Test Hammers, the Ultrasonic Instrument TICO is used for recording the properties inside the concrete structure.

With the measuring of the transmission time and calculation of the pulse velocity, concrete properties such as uniformity of the concrete, cavities, cracks, defects due to fire and frost as well as indirect modulus of elasticity can be determined.
According to the arrangement of the transducers, properties can be calculated over the whole transverse section.
It is therefore possible to obtain information about the properties of components by sonic investigations:
- Uniformity of the concrete
- Cavities, cracks, defects due to fire and frost
- Modulus of elasticity (general indication only)
- Concrete strength
